What of our most fundamental resources is being able to fully present in the moment and to rest in awareness, no matter how challenging that may be.

If we are able to start from where we are in that moment. We are able to relax and let go of the feeling we need to be somewhere else. We can let go of the shoulds.

When we are able to observe our inner and outer experiences in a non judgmental way we are able to tap into our key resources and move from our centre. From here we are able to clearly articulate how we feel in the moment. Creating space between our inner being and the situation, emotion causing us stress. We can then create a clear path with more ease on where and how we want to move forward. Being in the present moment is the gateway to our own personal healing process.

Resources may be environmental , spiritual, emotional, psychological or physical.

It may be something that promotes a sense of well being.

Resources are both internal and external. 

External resources relate to our environment and the people in our lives. Activities, places we visit and love. All aspects of our lives.

Internal resources relate to our inner life. How we relate to the world around us. Our ability to feel secure in our relationship to ourselves and other people. The quality of our emotions and feelings reflecting life.

It is that special something that makes your heart sing.

Our emotions and sensations connect us to life around us. We become more deeply connected to who we are and our own unique character on all levels. We are able to deal with daily life challenges with more ease when we are connected to the energy of life.

The more we feed and connect to our resources the stronger our place of centre and our energy becomes.
